Firstly  parry2k thank you for your solution!
And @Snagalapur ,According to your description, you want column headings that can change dynamically, right?
Although Power BI doesn't support dynamically adjusting column header text based on metrics, we can manipulate the field parameters to fulfill your needs!

GrossMargin =

        ("Total Gross Margin", NAMEOF('Table'[Total Gross Margin]), 0)
    }
