Hi All,
Please suggest - how to display dynamic sub category header as mentioned below ?
Thank you.
Hi All,
Firstly parry2k thank you for your solution!
And @Snagalapur ,According to your description, you want column headings that can change dynamically, right?
Although Power BI doesn't support dynamically adjusting column header text based on metrics, we can manipulate the field parameters to fulfill your needs!
GrossMargin =
VAR BaseRecord =
{
("Total Gross Margin", NAMEOF('Table'[Total Gross Margin]), 0)
}
VAR EnrichedRecord =
ADDCOLUMNS(BaseRecord, "Field Type", "Profit Type")
RETURN
EnrichedRecordSales =
VAR BaseRecord =
{
("Total Sales", NAMEOF('Table'[Total Sales]), 0)
}
VAR EnrichedRecord =
ADDCOLUMNS(BaseRecord, "Field Type", "Sales Type")
RETURN
EnrichedRecordSalesTypeSlicer =
DATATABLE (
"Index", INTEGER,
"Sales Type", STRING,
{
{ 1, "Sales Type" },
{ 2, "Profit Type" }
}
)

@Snagalapur what is the point of having category header the same "Gross Margin"?
