how to disable the drill through button if all the values are selected in the slicer ("All") in power bi and enable it when any of the value is selected?

Based on my research and test, drillthrough from a slicer seems not supported currently. When select one item from a slicer, it cannot make the drill through button enabled. It doesn't treat selecting a data from slicer the same as selecting a data point from other visuals. When selecting a data point from other visuals, what you want is just there. 

What you want is similar to the following thread, right? Unfortunately there is no solution yet...
