how to disable option tags when mouse curser moves over boxes

all I need is to disable option tags when mouse curser moves over boxes. To clarify what I mean,please have a look at the highlighted ribbon in attached pictures.

Hi @dombarg,

As of now, it is not possible to disable the highlighted option tags.
