how to derive different working hours per week for different locations?. We have global team of 1000 people and most of them have 40hours/week, but people in France have 35hours/week. I am using below dax to derive 8hours/day and 40hours/week. There is also a worklocation country column in my source sheet (below screen shot).

Create a separate country table which includes the number of hours per week and link that to your employee table in a many-to-one relationship. Then you can use
Work hours =
SUMX (
Utilization,
COUNTROWS (
FILTER (
'Calendar',
'Calendar'[Date] >= MAX ( Utilization[Hire Date], MIN ( 'Calendar'[Date] ) )
&& [Weekday] <= 5
)
)
* RELATED ( Country[Hours per week] )
)
