how to add a column based on other column name

hi guys, 

the data columns in the database include M,M+1,M+2, and W,W+1 are the measures that added use DAX, and column dim1 is a dimension in database

how to add  a column that value is "A"  when  column name M, M+1, M+2 and value is "B" when measure name is W,W+1?
