hide shape base on matrix

hi everyone i was wondering how can i format the 2nd and last shape to disapear or changing the color to white when the matrix tab will only show 1 or 2

for example the matrix is only showing 2 TOPN so the third shape should be white border

and this should only be 1 border shape 

please help
