At the moment, it's being displayed as blank for all the other statuses except RTBS. However, I want to make it so that the measure is displayed only for the "RTBS" and not for others. So, only RTBS should display 3 measures others should only display 2. Is there a way to do this ?

The measure I provided was just an example. You have to actually edit it to return a measure for each condition. Right now, it's just text.
