help with refresh

I have a dataset that is refreshed every 30 minutes. i know the refresh is working after a few tests but is the dashboard/report in report server doesnt seem to be refreshing the dashboard.

is there a setting or a place to put a js snippet to refresh the dashboard?

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can force a tile refresh by selecting More options (...) in the upper right of a dashboard and selecting Refresh dashboard tiles.

Thanks for the reply and yes it is useful but  my issue is that the refresh scheduler does work but the tiles dont update - it has to manually be refeshed. I am trying to embed some js to do the reload but of course the on prem report server doesnt have that capapbility

The links were informative and useful  but the the tiles dont refresh even with the right configuration. I believe this is a software issue not a user one.
