graph sort by year and dax variables - max month, max year

Hi

i have a source like bellow and in a relationship with a calendar and i'm stucked in this:

i want to obtain 2 graphs like this:

1. top 15 salesmen by sales from maxyear (2019 in this case) with comparable periods from previous 2 years (not full years);sorted by sales 2019, not all three; and the graphs need to be with the bars inverted - up 2019 not like now where is 2019 is last

2. same top but with monthly data - last month data 2019 (max year), previous month and same month last year; sorted by top sales from last motnh data

What? 

Top 15 with comparable 2 previous but not full years but not all 3 but with 2019 first...? I didn't get all that. And your data only has 2 people in it so hard to do what you are asking with the data provided.
