Hello there,
I'm trying to write a script (R script, but not necessarily. if needed i will download newer version so that python will be an option too) that simply returns the name of the current POWER BI filename. Is this possible?
I've looked for an answer anywhere and couldnt find anything. I know i can get the name of the current R script (which will always be RScriptWrapper.R as i understood so far), but this is not what i'm looking for.
Thanks!
nofar.
Hi nezra,
Rscript in power bi are mostly used in data shape and R visual plot. To achieve the current PBIX file name, you shoud can use list.files {base} function, please refer to: https://stat.ethz.ch/R-manual/R-devel/library/base/html/list.files.html.
Regards,
Jimmy Tao
Hey Jimmy,
it is actually not working. i can get the R files (if i write " pattern = "*.R" "), but not the current pbix file (tried to write " pattern = "*.pbix" ").
Thanks a lot anyway!
nofar.
