We're embeding the report into powerapps and some of the users getting this error: https://wabi-west-europe-b-primary-redirect.analysis.windows.net/metadata/tenantsettings/properties 401

Is this due to powerBi reports? I saw some answers in community......

Get report fails - error 401 - resolve themselves:
In the user owns data scenario, sometimes users will get a 401 error that resolves itself after they access the Power BI portal. When the 401 error happens, add the RefreshUser Permissions call in the app as explained in Update user permissions.
