get the each column value in Power query and how to pass that column value to rest query in Powerque

I have table project list in that Project key column is their and it contains 600 records above we have to get the each  value in Power query and how to pass that column value to rest url query in Powerquery is it possible or not if any possible please send the links or is their any other way.

I know that @ImkeF had some solutions for this type of thing. There should be threads out here on this same basic concept. I remember it coming up several times but I think it has been like a year since I last saw it. I'll take a quick search.
