gateway error :ServerError_DM_GWPipeline
Hi All,
We have a dashboard with direct query connection and was working fine till yesterday
and today it is giving this gateway error :
ServerError_DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MonitoredDbConnectionError . Can anyone please help

As shared by marcelsmaglhaes in his reply, this issue was reported by other users and has now been resolved. Please update the gateway version to 3000.242.5 and retry. If this solves your problem, please consider accepting marcelsmaglhaes‘s response as a solution.

Which version of the gateway are you currently using? Is it the October release? If not, could you try upgrading to the latest October release (3000.242.5)?
