filtering doesnt work when using allselected measure

I have a trouble to filter matrix by slicer with date from datetable, when I use function with allselected. 

Can anyone please help me explain the behaviour of the model?

More datails bellow:

I created simple model with 3 tables:

consumers

Date

factsales

Model look like:

Then I wrote two measures to find max order date for each consumer (see on picture below), once based on date from datetable, once based on orderdateDWID. Both Dont work as expected - one is showing all dates (using date to allselected) and second canot be filtered by date form date table (using orderdateDWID to allselected)
