Is there a way to filter a page based on selected value.
I want the user to select a value based on 4 different slicers. Then it would see if this value matches a column from another table. If it matches then return a 1 and if it doesn't return a 0.
I am using this Measure to see what the value is that is selected.
Selected Role = IF(LOOKUPVALUE('Target Data'[Leadership Type], 'Target Data'[Manager Name], SELECTEDVALUE('All HR Access Resources'[SVP Name])) = "SVP", "SVP",
IF (LOOKUPVALUE('Target Data'[Leadership Type], 'Target Data'[Manager Name], SELECTEDVALUE('All HR Access Resources'[VP Name])) = "VP", "VP",
IF (LOOKUPVALUE('Target Data'[Leadership Type], 'Target Data'[Manager Name], SELECTEDVALUE('All HR Access Resources'[Director Name])) = "Director", "Director",
IF (LOOKUPVALUE('Target Data'[Leadership Type], 'Target Data'[Manager Name], SELECTEDVALUE('All HR Access Resources'[Manager Name Path])) = "Manager", "Manager", "null"
))))
Hi
I work out this result using a measure
Measure = IF ( [selected role] = MAX ( 'Target Data'[Leadship Type] ), "Yes", "No" )
Here is my .pbix file
If you have any question, please share more detailed information so we can figure out the problem. Such as data, structure and relationship of tables " Target Data" and "All HR Access Resources".
Best Regards
Maggie
