Hi Tan,

Try DAX formula like below and try again:

Percentage =
CALCULATE ( SUM ( table[Negetive Responses] ), ALLSELECTED ( table[date] ) )
    / CALCULATE ( SUM ( table[All Responses] ), ALLSELECTED ( table[date] ) )

Hello Jimmy

Thanks issue is the sum function wont work because of string

as the repsonses are based on a condition where it checks for a name and if a name exists its negative and if no name  than its positive.

2 level is I have to select some names which are not to be included in negative total.  I have attached another screen shot to show how I get to the negatives.

Queries used   "Check for Blank = ISBLANK(SurveyDashboard[ClientName])"

and to display in legend "Customer Feedback = IF(SurveyDashboard[Check for Blank],"All Responses","Negatives")"
