I have 98 stores, 15 District & 3 Region. what i want when i filter the location from Slicer the Related District & Region Total Value Show in Card.

@Anonymous here are the measures which did that, use these two new measures in your KPI cards.
MTD Sales = TOTALMTD(SUM( SalesbyInvoice[Gross Profit]),Calender[Date])
MTD District =
VAR __district = MAX ( Locations[District_ID] )
RETURN
CALCULATE( [MTD Sales], ALL( Locations), Locations[District_ID] = __district )
MTD Region =
VAR __region= MAX ( Locations[Region_ID] )
RETURN
CALCULATE( [MTD Sales], ALL( Locations), Locations[Region_ID] = __region )

@Anonymous let me know if I understood your question correctly, for example if selected A38 location, it has district 10 and you want total districal 10 doesn't matter what location it belongs to, correct? And same applies for Region
