fabric trial issue
Hi Anonymous ,
What you're seeing is actually a common confusion between two separate trials:
- Power BI Pro trial – This gives you access to Pro features for 60 days.
- Microsoft Fabric trial capacity – This is a separate trial that enables Fabric-specific workloads like Lakehouses, Pipelines, Notebooks, etc.
From your screenshot, it looks like your Power BI Pro trial is active, but your Fabric trial capacity has already expired. That’s why you’re seeing both messages at the same time.
Here’s what you can do:
- Go to your Account Manager (top-right corner > your profile > Account Manager)
- Under Capacity settings, check if you still have access to any Fabric trial capacity
- If it’s expired, you’ll need to either:
- Request a new Fabric trial from your admin (if available)
- Or switch to a paid Fabric capacity (like F64 or higher) to continue using Fabric features
Let me know if you need help checking your capacity settings or understanding what features are tied to which trial.
