example where year months in the matrix columns default to the current year but the user change

Hello,

I am looking for an example where the default dates are displayed year-month in the column for the current year.

Then if the user selects a year that year is displayed.

I am thinking of a measure that uses HasOneValue?

Does anyone have an example?
