example matrix

Hello,

I've been shown an example pbix (attached) which does exactly what I want (selects a column chosen by a slicer choice) - however I seem to be unable to recreate the matrix - there is clearly a difference in the properties available between the example matrix & my matrix - do you know what I'm doing wrong ?

@richard_wylde , I checked out the file.

Please refer to this example

I thought that this had to be related to Totals in the Format section but by the time the matrix is reporting errors, it's too late to switch off the totals.

So 1. Create the matrix

2. Pull Category on to matrix.

3. Switch off all totals from Format section.

4 Put other field and measure into matrix.

It's a kind of bug.

Thanks very much @HotChilli  !
