error come out when apply query in power bi

Hello, team, i get data in power bi by odbc, and data can be loaded to power query. after I click the apply and close to power bi desktop. The query cannot apply successfully with Error returned: 'OLE DB or ODBC error: [DataSource.Error] ODBC: ERROR [22018] [MySQL][ODBC 8.0(a) Driver][mysqld-5.7.23-24-log].' can you please give me any suggestion? i cannot find any solution by google  the error.

@Anonymous , for MySQL make sure you are using the latest driver

thank you for your help, i will install the latest mysql to have a look but the power query trancer tutorial is very useful.
