Hi,

Try this measure

active2 employees = var currentdate = MAX(d_DateTable[Date])
return CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT(f_Employees[EmplCode]),(f_Employees[EmpJoinDate]<=currentdate||ISBLANK(f_Employees[EmpLeavDate])||f_Employees[EmpLeavDate]>currentdate)&&f_Employees[EmpAge] <=23)
