duplicate line items

Hi Experts,

I'm able to see the correct number in the visualization, but when I download the transaction data 'm not getting all the line items which stored in the back end file of the total value.

it's removing the duplicate line items and extracting the data with only one line item

I tried both Underlying data & Summarized data option while downloading the data from online.

Can you please help me to solve this issue?

Hi,

According to your description, i think its original visualization may has related hidden columns which is used to show all duplicated rows such as rank column.
