displays the correct dates

I have published my report to powerbi production. Immediately after I publish it, it displays the correct dates, but when I refresh the page some of the matrixs have dropped the 17th. This problem occurs before and after UTC day changes at 12pm and is temporarily solved by republishing.

    Anonymous , Check the regional setting of the browser. Power bi may take up those settings.
