deployment pipeline workspaces
i have admin access on dev workspace and member access on prod workspace however i am stil unable to assign workspace to deployment pipelines stages as shown below

Regarding your question, please verify that the workspaces have been allocated for premium capacity. If this is not the case, they cannot be allocated because the deployment pipeline is an advanced feature.

Only one workspace can be assigned to a pipeline stage at a given time. Are the two workspaces already assigned in another pipeline perhaps? Or perhaps you could check the capacity setting for the workspace?
