I'm using decomposition tree to analyze sick leave days reported in HR system. The factor to be analyzed is "average of annualized sick leave days", the average sick days reported in the tree is quite high: 127.3 days while the matrix table on the right shows the average sick days of my full population is 8.2 days only. I also notice the decomp tree shows highest sick leave days are reported by Group B01 and B03, according to matrix table, B01 and B02 reported the highest annual sick days.
Any idea about the decomp tree?
Hi @Anonymous : It seems you have further more data associated to Each group B01, B02 etc.
I can see a + sign next to that, hence the average is getting calculated for all the values.
If you have a simple data set EG:
The Decomposition tree looks like this:
Check your data and Average should work by Default if you have one group.
Otherwise you might need to right some DAX to calculate this column and associate this new column in Decomposition Tree.
Hope this helps. 🙂
