rebam12 If you unpivot the data in the 2nd table then you should be able to form a relationship between your first and seconnd table and display the text using RELATED. If you leave them unrelated you can use LOOKUPVALUE or MAXX( FILTER( .. ), ... ) to lookup the text value. Not sure what your ultimate end goal is though:

2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.

i tried many time to identify how should i vizuale the data but did not get any clue..
like if i drag ID on x axis AND values on y axis.. then how i cateogries the Q2s1...Q2s3 in one graph and first how i transform the data
