data load / import issue fm sql servers

hi,

i have not been successing in trying to import data from google bigquery & ms sql. it seems to b stuck there perpetually even when no of records shown in the floating dialog box is exactly the same no of total records calculated in power query (using transform stats). i have rechecked all the steps in power query & all is good (wthout errors).

pls advise why do i get this as previously all such import from either sql servers hs bn ok. pls, any hlp to resolve this soon.
