data cache management option

 What does the " data cache management option" under options mean? Can we change this to increase this to import more data?

    The data cache only copies the query perview results which are stored on local disk for faster viewing later. We recommend make it less than 32 MB.

      The tooltip says "The default limit is 4096 MB. We recommend not going below 32 MB." ... NOT go below 32 MB.  I have mine set at 32,768 MB, but I've only ever seen it get to be a couple GB.
