customising PowerBI Marrix Visual for Hyperlink ( Transpose Table )

Hello Experts 

Happy New year!

I have been struggling for a while to get some resolution for designing PBI Matrix with our requirement . which I am trying to explain below, if you could share some idea how to accomplish it would be a great help. 

Demands:  So we wanted to hyperlink "Status " of Runs in the matrix table and so that when the user wishes to click on the status will redirect them to Transpose entry for Run ID : so debriefing further :

Transform Data Table  : ( Table A) 

PBI Matrix Table :

Requirement 1:Hyperlink the status like for eg :

 Status Passed ( Red Highlighted)  should open Column 103 from the following transpose from ( Table A)  

Here we wish to hyperlink table to table within the same PBI, but if this is not possible and we can take use of other MS tools like List or any other kindly guide.Thanks in advance .

Hi @rakikumarpatra ,

I recommend drill through.

On page 1, you have PBI matirx table and On page 2 , add tableA via table visual and [Run Name], [Testcase] in Drill through.

Go back page 1 select a cell you want to see more details right click , drill through.

Then , the page 2 will filter the table depend on the cell you right click. Rsult:

Pbix in the end you can refer.

Thanks , for this solution , but in our case Transpose Table has 11000 Column could it possible to filter only column using this drill through menu ?

Hi @rakikumarpatra ,

Theoretically, drill through can be filtered by many columns. However, in practice it only passes the values of all the columns in that row for filtering.

As you can see, I put [Run Name] and [Testcase] in the drill through list, and on the target page, I get the whole row where [Run name] = 'run name 1' and [Testcase] = 'testcase2' . In another word, all the rows match the condition will come out the page2. More fields(columns) in drill throgh list, more precision.
