custom visual store is not working

I am trying to get the custom visual from store and after click selecting the custom visual the store turn blank. Any one experience this issue?

@manoplaeli , If you have published a report, Open that in edit mode and check from there too. If that is not working then log an issue -https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

 

usually, a temporary issue should get resolved .

Hi  @manoplaeli ,

Has your current problem been solved? After testing, my display is normal.

Whether your power bi desktop is the latest version, if not, you can upgrade it to the latest version.

The isue disappear, I think it is microsoft issue. it look like they have fix it.

I am logged in to Power BI with my account and there is no connection issue. I have restart myy computer as well.

 

I am able to get to the page below but it turn blank aftter I select thet visual.

@amitchandak I am still using Power BI Desktop and try to add addition custom visual from the market. Should I log the issue on the above link?

@manoplaeli , I check at my end it working on power bi desktop. Make sure two things.

 

1. First checked you are logged in into power bi

2. Second there is no network issue.

 

After you make sure both, it is still not working, then log an issue
