custom formats

Hi all,

In excel I have the ability to display data as a custom format code of 0.00x (i.e. P/E multipliers that are formatted with a lower case "x" after the number). I'm not seeing how I can do this in BI without change the format from number to text (these values should be visualized in a chart).

I would like to display the values in these chat with "x" after the number. The related column is calculated in the data model.

Thanks in Advance!

Alessandra

Hi,

If i understand you correctly you could change the format if you go into the model pane

After that you can select the column in the table and under formatting, change the format to custom and add what you want.
