cross table report in power bi

I want to create Cross table or matrix table like below and my data i am getting from sql table 

data in table

ID	HIERARCHY	DIVISION
1	CATEGORY	MEN DRESS
1.1	SUBCATEGORY	TRADITIONAL
1.2	SUBCATEGORY	CONTEMPORER
2	CATEGORY	WOMEN CASUAL
2.1	SUBCATEGORY	WOMEN DRESS
