Hi @Nithinbob24
you can use a matrix, add each of these column in column section and then use the expand button to have a matrix like that.
If this post helps, then I would appreciate a thumbs up and mark it as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly.
Hi @Nithinbob24
You need to have a table with needed hierarchies like :
and use dynamic measures or calculation groups.
The guide for dynamic measures :

(it is not exactly yours scenario but you need the same logic of using selectedvalue)
for calculation groups :

For more specific suggestion
Please provide a workable sample data and your expected result from that. It is hard to figure out what you want to achieve from the description alone.

I have created the measures all the columns ex. My Property, % Chg, comp set, etc.
I don't have Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR in my date.
How to group the measures to the respective group in the matrix
Hi @Kedar_Pande
I'm sorry, but I didn't understand the question....
I have created measures like My Property, % Chg, comp set, etc.
Now when I add them to the matrix values, Then show correctly.
Now I want to bucket this measures in the category they belong like Occupancy, ADR , etc as showing in the image attached
Hi @Kedar_Pande
In general, you’ll need to create a table with all the hierarchies of the measures and then use DAX with SelectedValue to handle the logic. Alternatively, you can achieve something similar with calculation groups (which I’m less experienced with).
On a smaller scale, it’s difficult to solve challenges like this based solely on a picture. If you would like to see this implemented, please prepare a PBIX file that we can work with and share it via a link. It doesn’t need to include sensitive information, and it can be a small file as long as it has the logic you’re working with.
It would also be great if you could create a more detailed post to help clarify the issue.
