creating sales developement from quarterly reports(please help me :) )

Hey all ,

i could really use your help creating a quartly sales comparison.

i get from our system quarterly reports ( means i get on of only 01-03,2016 one of 01-06,2016 like that for each year.

i want to connect them all together and then show for example

sales devlopement of quarters 2016 something that sould look like that: (or insted of by country then by Products)

i have basically 4  different files for each year that looks like that (example ):

Country           products    description    sales         quantity

Deos somebody know how can i do that / if its even possible ?
