creating gauges based on series of data

I have x number of gauges to create based on a grouping.  Basically it is a name and a value and a default range.  In Grafana there is a way to build a group of gauges base on a series.  Is there a way to do something simular in power bi.  using Dax, or other method.  

We do not know the number of groups as it may change day to day base on the grouping.

Any recommendations?
