create row table with measures

Hello,

i've a several measures that has values from the diferent days of the year. i want to create a table, or summarize column (?) that shows like below. Is it possible ?

measures                      Date                         value

measuse A                   1/7/2021                   100

measure A                   2/7/2021                   120

measure B                   1/7/2021                   130

measure C                   5/7/2021                   140

measure C                   6/7/2021                   150
