You can use the append function in power query to join the two tables so that they can be filtered together in the report.
@icsrit7 simply you can click on Get data and choose Sharepoint Online list and paste the web URL to pull the document. You need to do it for twice as you have two different lists.
Finally you can show the data easily in a single report

i am giving you brief,
Infact, i have two list which contains same columns , the specified columns contains agreement year and agreement type.in that both list , column agremment type is a choice column contains same values and year column contains different time period like 2010 2011 2012 2013 . ( list A having set of year values and list B having set of different year values)
in this i need to pick values from agreement type agreement year from both list and make reports in number of agreement type in both lists by year.
I dont know how to get both list values integerate with single report.

i have two lists which contains data after migration data in one list and newer added data in another list,
like the above table , i have two lists and i need to show report as mentioned data as visuals in a single report
