count using user relationships???

Hi Experts

I might be barking up the wrong tree here....but i cannot see the error in what i am doing. I am trying to count the number of row that have true using the following formula

Truecases = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS(TBLCases),TBLCases[IsContinuationCase]="true")),USERELATIONSHIP(TBLCases[dtmCreated],DimDate[Month&Year]))

The above formula gives me the same number for all periods??? Help

I also have the following relationship set up between the tables.....see dashed lined...

Hi  @Anonymous,

From your formula, it seems that your formula has a syntax error.

To get the solution, I need to know your data model.

If it is convenient, could you share a dummy pbix file which can reproduce the scenario, so that we can help further investigate on it? You can upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.)

Best Regards,

Cherry
