I have this dashboard and its all supposed to be filtered by that Date slicer, but something isn't working. I have it set for 1 calendar month and Cases Taken should be about 7k not 28k. I can see that its taking the "earliest date" but is there a way to count how many were taken between the dates?
Hi @gilmore_staci ,
Thank you @audreygerred for your replies, allow me to provide another insight:
1. please make sure you have the correct filtering relationship between date and cases, if they are not correctly related then it may cause the date slicer to not work for the count of cases.
2. Please check whether the edit interactions under the format pane have been used to disable filtering.
Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data. We can better understand the problem and help you.
Best Regards,
Clara Gong

Here is a YouTube video that I love to reference when I need counts that have to show what counts may occur between dates: DAX measure with start AND end date for Power BI (youtube.com)
