Hi @psathanapal ,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

The error message you are seeing is common when working in DirectQuery mode, as Power BI enforces a 1 million row limit per visual query in this mode. Since your dataset contains 1.7 million records, this exceeds the allowed threshold for rendering visuals.

As mentioned by @FBergamaschi , switching to Import mode is the recommended solution. Import mode brings the data into the Power BI model, removing this row limitation and generally enhancing performance with large datasets.

If Import mode is not suitable due to requirements for real-time data or source constraints, you may consider these alternatives:

  • Apply filters to limit the number of rows displayed in each visual.
  • Aggregate your data to a higher level, such as by month or category.
  • Leverage composite models to combine Import and DirectQuery where appropriate.

Hope this helps. Please reach out for further assistance.

Thank you.

Are you in direct query? That's a limit for that connection type, would you consider changing it to import?

If this helped, please consider giving kudos and mark as a solution
