control the display of monthly vs daily data

Hello Community,

I have loaded 4 csv(1 is current date file, 3 is historical files) and these contains projects start date and proj no etc and i have appended all the four csv files and get latest date records only and i have loaded one more csv that contains projectno, account number and account name.

Now i have got 1 more csv file that contains project no, account no, project delivery date. I have to use this file to control the display of monthly vs daily data. 

Please help me.

Is there any way you can give me an idea as to what you might want to graph, and what display/visual you had in mind? With the information provided, the best thing I can come up with is using a table to display project & account numbers, along with associated dates. 

Any time dates are involved, I lean toward bar/line visuals as those are good at illustrating changes in values over time; however, you didn't mention anything related to either sales or anything like that. Are you just trying to illustrate the number of projects that have the same delivery date? Similarly, would you want to see the number of projects that had the same start date?

Thanks for your reply.  when ever the associated account number logged in and opened his report then he has to see the mentioned delivery date data only.
