Hi @Anonymous ,

To bring both files in SharePoint into Power BI, you can either connect to each file separately and  append  on to the other or use the SharePoint Folder connnector.

To get the url of the file:

Open the file in desktop app >> go to File tab >> Info >> Copy path

The path would look something like this:

https://mycompany.sharepoint.com/sites/MySite/Subfolder%20Name/AnotherSubfolder/Monthly%20Revenue%20analysis.xlsb?web=1

Connnect to the file using the path above but remove ?web=1

To connect to the SharePoint Site, use this path:

https://mycompany.sharepoint.com/sites/MySite/

From there, navigate to the folder that contains the file filtering the rows. This exposes all files that you have access to in that  site so looking for the right subfolder might take some time.

hi , when I connect to the sharepoint folder I can only see one file instead of two. both files were uploaded by me on the sharepoint site

Have you tried refreshing the preview? Does your query have any other filters that exclude the other file?
