connect the desktop with the web via the gateway

hello , i create some reports on power bi desktop then i install and configure the gateway the connection with the data source is ok every thing is connected by i always get this message when i try to open my reports on web " An access error occurred at the source. Contact the administrator of paserelle" While all connections are successful

Which type of data sorce are you using? I don't think this is a gateway issue. This could be a permission issue. Please ensure your data source server and gateway are installed in a same domain or trusted domains. Please provide us some detail information, so that we can make further analysis.

hello , i'm using sql server analysis services when i use import data in power bi desktop i can publish my report and see the graph but when i choose directely connetion i got this message even when all the  permission are on mode "public" or "none"
