conditional highlight higher value between two columns

Hello! i have a table called totalsCalcs 

that has two columns

i'm trying to apply conditional formatting to the "Actual" and highlight in green if the cell value is lower than the cell value of "Amount" in the same row

I appreciate any help i can get!!

you need to repeat this for all fields :

Order    Months    SUM of  Amount       SUM of Actual
