comparing two rows and getting matched data

Hi 

I have one table, in that i have two emploees in different row, what i want to to check that if one of them is on holiday at same date i need to show that its not allowed if one is on holiday then ok but when i tried this its showing on all day off not allowed but i want when both of them are on holiday at same day. like  on may 1 employees have day off in last column. Please help thanks

First, please show your sample data as excel or pbix file instead of picture to us. Then, I am quite mess up in your description about the expected output. Would you please explain more about it and show us expected output?
