combine tables in one with the other tables

Hello everyone

My doubt is, i got a base sheet on excel, this includes contract numbers and the administrator who made the contract and the other contract information, there are 6 administrators who complete this sheet apart, and for a resume in power bi i want to make a table with all the information of each table ignoring the information who doesn't have a contract number, the tables have the exact same data fields, Thanks in advance!

Hey @Anonymous ,

append all 6 sheets using Append, the difference between Append and Merge is described in great detail in this article: https://radacad.com/append-vs-merge-in-power-bi-and-power-query

After you have just one table containing all the data, just filter out the rows with incomplete information.

Regards,

Tom

Hi @Anonymous ,

If the data structures of these tables are the same , you might use Append feature to combine the these tables into one table, see more about how to append: Append vs. Merge in Power BI and Power Query . While before using append feature, you might add custom column to distinguish and identify the different tables , see setting like below.
