columns as aggregation

I am unable to get my columns as aggregation , all comes from excel , same format , but only F_PIVOT column is as aggregation as you can see in the picture, I've tried everything and nothing .
All are in the same format , but only F_PIVOT is as aggregate . How do I get all that?
