column subtotal as average (noob)

Hi Folks.

I need to include averages for qty and itm chrg but I can't figure out how to get a single set of columns to the right of my data.  I've tried working with measures but end up with one set of averages for each week.  I'm sure I'm just too new at this to know what to do.  Can someone please illuminate me? -thank you.

Not very clear.Do you mean to change the original column subtotal  from "sum" to "average"?

Please share a sample file for research.
