    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    The Chatbot seems like ask it for imformation, it will take screenshot from dashboard/report. Based on quick view on this page, it can work with dashboard and report by taking screenshot. It act as a outside service and can work with dashboard but cannot used in dashboard, if you want to ask questions and get graphs in Dashboard, you can use the Q&A Feature of Power BI. In additional, You can get the tourist from the website if you want to use the chatbot.

      Is there any way to get the graph from Power BI through API call? I find that there is embed URL returned by Power BI API call, but is there any way to send this embed URL and show the graph or report in chatbot (Skype)? Thank you.

    Yes, it's definitely possible to integrate a chatbot into a Power BI report. The approach in that article uses the Power BI JavaScript API to embed a visual that can communicate with an external bot service.

    From my experience, the key is to build a web-based visual that hosts the chat interface and connects to your AI backend. I've been working with a similar embedded solution called PowerMind, which allows users to ask questions in natural language directly within the dashboard. It connects to your data model without needing a separate Copilot license.
